Welcome to the K-BOB’S® family of franchisees. We are pleased to be given this opportunity to potentially be a part of your future.

Our family, founded in 1966 in the heart of New Mexico cattle country, is steadfast and true.

Our company has its roots in Clovis, New Mexico, a small town on the border between Texas and New Mexico; a town with deep family values and traditions.

We have invested many years developing and refining our brand. We are proud of what we have become and especially of what we have remained, and that is loyal to our brand, our quality, our communities and our customers.

K-BOB’S® - a gathering place for any occasion
At K-BOB'S® we believe it's a special occasion when we get together with friends, family, neighbors, work colleagues, and our school and civic groups. We like to be the venue for all of these occasions. K-BOB'S® Steakhouses serve home-style food in a ranch-style setting with down home hospitality.

A Good Steak at an Honest Price®
Strong on both value and quality, we offer a cover average of around $10/person, while serving wholesome American grown choice steaks, both large and smaller cuts, tasty appetizers, a variety of salads on our Salad Wagon®, cobbler in four flavors and our most famous staple, Chicken Fried Steak, which accounts for approximately 10% of our sales. We serve beer and wine at some of our locations.

Serving the Food America Loves®
Our customers love our down-to-earth, no frills food. Our trademark and trade name are strong in the Southwest. Many of our local guests grew up eating at K-BOB’S® and continue to dine with us multiple times per month. Customer income varies, but we target household income ranges of $33,000+ per annum and an age group of 25-75.

Cookin' Times
Our sit down business is lunch and dinner in most cases. Some of our restaurants have the option and opportunity to serve breakfast on a seasonal basis. Opening hours are generally 11-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and
11-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Take-out business or "Home Meal Replacement" is on the rise nationally and we are taking advantage of this market sector thru our Pony Express program.

People are seeking more options for healthy food. We provide an alliance with Healthy Dining Finder to assist with recipe and menu analysis. We fill the healthy niche with our Salad Wagon®, which features over 54 fresh salads, soups and beans daily, our Charbroiled Chicken Breast, Ranch House® Steak, Chicken Teriyaki and K-BOB’S FAMOUS KABOB®.

The atmosphere at a K-BOB’S® is fun and casual, with a country feel to it. Our customers like to sit and visit while enjoying their food. We provide a unique down-home hospitality experience for our guests.

Marketing
We are important members of our local communities. We are involved both financially and physically by contributing our time and treasures. We encourage our franchisees to join one or more civic organizations and participate on community boards where they can make a difference.

We truly value our regular customers, as their word-of-mouth praise of the K-BOB’S® experience is our most valuable marketing asset. We strive to be excellent corporate citizens and base our marketing strategy more on local relationships than on mass media, driving intense customer loyalty. This in turn yields higher frequency of dining experiences.
